  1. May 2025 — present Alfa-BankSenior Product Designer

    Building a new e‑commerce product from scratch, from research to launch

    Designing and evolving the product’s key parts: cart, video feed, user profile, and offline BNPL payment flows

  2. July 2023 — May 2025 MegaFonSenior Product Designer

    Improved app and website metrics for a product with 17M monthly users

    • Optimized the plan‑selection flow: conversion up 44% (from 9% to 13%), selection time down 17%, home internet sign-ups up 72%
    • Redesigned the “Eva” voice assistant: monthly active users up 6%, 3% fewer people turned it off
  3. December 2020 — July 2023 X5Senior Product Designer

    Relaunched the Pyaterochka app with 10M monthly users

    • Designed the loyalty system: points, card, activation, personalized offers, stories. Added new X5 Club features that increased average order value by 8%
    • Ran UX research and A/B tests with the UX lab; built a metrics framework based on Google HEART
    • Grew the design system with a team of four designers

    Earlier at X5: HR‑tech

    • Led a redesign of the training portal over a year. Improved key metrics for employees and training managers
    • Led a team of two designers refactoring the design system for HR services
  4. August 2018 — December 2020 MedAcousticaProduct Designer

    Designed a job board for doctors in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland from scratch. Researched user needs and tested hypotheses for job search, review, and hospital profile flows

  5. August 2016 — August 2018 SberProduct Designer

    Built dashboards for managers at different levels. Designed a role-adaptive interface. Report preparation costs dropped by 87%

  6. August 2013 — August 2016 CitiAnalyst, UI Designer

    Launched an employee incentive program and automated processes for the server and database team. Processes got faster with fewer errors
