Research goals

  • Check how clear and easy to use the new showcase is.
  • Assess how the level-1 and level-2 filters are perceived.
  • Check whether users understand: which options are included in each plan, how MegaSemya (family plans) works, how to use MegaSily, how plan categories differ, and how to find specific or rare plans (e.g. for a modem, or a kids' plan).

  2. Choose a plan with "MegaSemya" (family plans)
  3. Choose a home internet plan
  4. Find specific plans from the "Other" section (plan builder, kids' plan)
  5. Choose a plan for other devices
  6. Compare the prototype with the current site
  7. Final interview: impressions, expectations, feedback
